This study intended to inquire into the effect of mothers' parenting attitude and children's socioemtional behavior in multi-cultural families on teacher-child relatioos. It made a survey by post, e-mail and telephone on 176 early childhood teachers who work over 5 years in kindergarten and child care center located in South Onmgcheong Province during a IIlO11Ih from Oct. 1 to Oct. 30, 2009. The swmnary of results is as follows. 100 effect of nrthets' parenting atti1ude(wmm heart/affectioo, aggression/revisit, neglect/indifference vague refusa1) on teacher-child relations showed that first, for the feeling of intimacy, 1lIOIhers' neglect/indifferenc has a significant negative repercussion on the feeling of intimacy between teacher and children(p<.01), and the lower 1I1OI:bers' neglectjindifferenr is, the feeling of intimacy between teacher and children gets highlr by 514. IU tbe coot1ict, 1IDI:lr.rs' vague refusa1 had also a significant padtive repercussioo. m the contlict between teacher and children(p<.01), and the higher 1lIOIhers' vague refusa1 was, the coot1ict between techer and children got higIu by .405. As 1llOIln-s' parenting attitudl and children's socioemotiooa1 behavior in nmIti-<:U!tum\ families are an important mechanism that tbey affect teacher-<:hild relations, tbe highlr 1I1OI:bers' feeling of intimacy and concern are, the feeling of intimacy and the coot1ict between teacher and children are lessened, and children's socioemotiooa1 behavior has also a padtive repercussion on the teacher-<:hild relations. This means that according to nrthets' parenting attitude in nmIti-<:U!tural, the impact of children's socioenrJtiooal behavior families on teacher-<:hild relations has been different, which if the interaction between the attac1rrrent state and tbe I:enifeiw1rll1 of children is provided by mJtbers' parenting attitude f
