본 연구의 목적은 만 2세 영아 14명을 대상으로 노래를 활용한 그림책 들려주기 활동을 실시하고 그 과 정에서 나타난 영아들의 반응 양상을 살펴보는 것이다. 1주에 1권씩 총 10주간 10권의 그림책을 중심으로 노래를 활용한 그림책 들려주기 활동이 진행되었다. 그림책을 들려주기 전 교사가 육성으로 동화가 시작 되는 노래를 들려주고, 그림책 없이 동화 내용을 들려주었고, 반복되는 어휘나 핵심 용어에 대해 노래를 활용하여 들려주었다. 유아들의 반응 양상을 분석하기 위하여 연구 보조자의 참여 관찰, 디지털 카메라 촬 영, 연구자 저널 쓰기를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였고, 이를 전사하여 내용을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 활동 을 통해 영아들은 교사의 무음절 선율 노래를 적극적으로 듣는 태도를 보였으며 활동이 진행되는 과정에서 그림책에서 배운 어휘와 문장, 노래를 이용하여 일상생활에서 적극적으로 표현하는 모습을 나타내었다. 또한 다양한 노래의 음정과 그림책 내용에 음을 넣어 영아들은 스스로 음악적 상호작용을 하기도 하고 악 기를 연주하며 음악에 대해 즐거움을 느끼고 스스로 표현하려하는 모습을 나타내었다.
This study examines infant's responses on listening picture books using song. Subjects of study were 14 two-year-old infants(6 boys, 8 girls). Data collection drew from participatory observation, researcher journal, the classroom teacher interview. Where more specific data were necessary, video and digital camera recorded. The data were described, analyzed, and interpreted. The main findings in this study are as follows: The infant who participated in listening picture books using song showed desirable response in many ways. Their listening attitude was the one that changed most remarkably. Through listening picture books using song, the infants thank the songs and vocabularies, sentences and expressed themselves naturally and spontaneously. The infants interested in the picture books and the songs and became able to use it to the interaction between peers.
