The purpose of this study is to improve self-efficacy in multi-cultural women learning Korean language with the program of collective counseling. Collective counseling used learning of Korean language conducted ten times to 16 multi-cultural women from February 1 to March 5, 2010.
The results of the present study are as follows:
First, as the result of analyzing relation between collective counselling utilized in learning Korean and self-efficacy, such as self-assertive efficacy, this program has been effective in improving self-efficacy.
Second as the result of analyzing relation between collective counselling utilized in learning Korean and self-efficacy, such as relative efficacy, this program has been effective in improving self-efficacy.
Third as the result of analyzing relation between collective counselling utilized in learning Korean and self-efficacy, this program has been effective in improving self-efficacy.
Fourth as the result of analyzing relation between collective counselling utilized in learning Korean and accomplished efficacy, this program has been effective in improving self-efficacy.
Finally, it has shown that the more collective counselling made use of in learning Korean is going on, the more the actions of multi-cultural women have a positive effect on the fluency of Korean language and the adaptability to family.
