본 연구의 목적은 보육시설장과 유치원장 자격제도에 대해 보육교사 및 유치원교사(이하 유아교사)의 인식을 알아봄으로써 보육시설장과 유치원장의 자격제도의 문제점 및 개선방안과 더불어 보육시설장과 유 치원장의 전문성을 향상시키기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 B시에 위치한 유아교 사 201명이며, 연구의 자료 분석을 위하여 SPSS win 17.0을 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 유아교사들은 보육 시설장과 유치원장의 자격제도의 기준이 적절하지 않으며, 자격기준이 강화되고 개선되어야 한다는 인식 을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
This study is to understand how child-care center and kindergarten teachers recognize on the certificate system of child-care center and kindergarten director and utilize its result as fundamental material for improving teaching profession of child-care center and kindergarten director. To achieve this purpose, a questionnaire for 201 randomly sampled child-care center and kindergarten teachers were surveyed in B city. For analyzing the data, SPSS win 17.0 were used, and its results are as follows.The results of this study show that the child-care center and kindergarten director certificate system are not appropriately. The certificate system was strengthened and it was improved and with the fact that it will recognize it does.
