This study explored a way of psychotherapy intervention to induce emotional stability from a married career woman and to ameliorate her dysfunctional attitudes. The participant of this study was a thirtynine year old career woman who was raising three children without help from others such as relatives and conflicting with her husband. Art therapy using music and mediation was provided to the woman to induce emotional stability from her and to ameliorate her dysfunctional attitudes. The therapy treatment lasted from April, 2009 to June, 2009. A total of 19 sessions were given, once a week, each session ninety minutes long. The participants\'s emotional stability and dysfunctional attitudes were measured on a pre and
post test. First, this study found that art therapy using meditation and music was beneficial to raising the participant\'s emotional stability. In the subcategories, negative emotions reduced while positive ones increased.
Second, the participant\'s dysfunctional attitudes reduced with art therapy combined with mediation and music. On the whole, the findings of this study indicate that art therapy using meditation and music may be a good intervention in helping the psycho-social adjustment of married career women. The findings of this study has a limit to be generalized since they were from one case study.
