The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of art group therapy on the foreign labor's self disclosure. The subjects of this study were 5 foreign labors living in P city. There were 12 sessions and each session lasted approximately 90-100 minutes. Art therapy had been conducted from June to August, 2006 at the Foreign Labors' Cultural Center in P city. To find out the effects of these art programs, changes of self expression, self-reference, emotional expression changes in their drawing were used. The major findings of the study were as follows. First, art therapy program was effective intervention in changes of self expression. The subjects showed self expression in their feeling, thoughts, confrontation， behavior. Second, art therapy program was effective intervention in self-reference. The positive and negative self-reference were showen in the subjects' drawings. Third, art therapy program was effective intervention in emotional expression changes. The subjects showed strong emotional expression. This study showed that the art therapy is effective approach to work with foreign labors. Key Words Group Art Therapy, Foreign Labor, Self-disclosure
