본 연구에서는 양성증상을 주로 보이는 정신분열증 환자와 음성증상을 주로 보이는 정신분열증 환자 간에 자유화 특정을 비교해 봄으로써 이들 간의 차이가 있는지 얄아보고자 하였다. 대상이 된 피겁자들은 서울, 인천, 경기 지역에 위치한 병원에서 정신과 전문의에게 정신분열증 진단을 받고 입원치료 중인 양성증상 환자 31명과 음성증상 환자 33명이다. 이들에게 자유화 과제를 실시하고， 그림의 분석요인으로 23가지 요인에 따라 그림을 평가하였다. 그 결과, 특이한 색 사용, 추상적 상정, 선 길이의 변인 등에서 두 집단 간 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 그 외의 변인에서는 어떠한 차이도 보이지 않았다 따라서 본 연구를 통하여 정신분열증 환자들이 보이는 증상 특정이 그림의 특정에 반영될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이상의 결과는 그림이 임상적 장면서 보조적 진단 도구로써 유용하게 활용될 수 있는 가능성을 보여주었다.
This study reports the difference in drawings between positive and negative schizophrenic patients. A total of 64 patients (31 positive and 33 negative), who are currently admitted to hospitals in Seoul, lncheon, and GyeongGi-Do regions, have participated. After analyzing the drawings from the positive and negative patients in 23 categories, we observed no apparent differences except three categories idiosyncratic colors, abstract symbols, and line length. Therefore, we propose that drawings can be usefully employed as a supplemental tool in the clinical schizophrenic diagnosis. Key Words : Drawing, Schizophrenia, Positiue Symptom, Negatiue Symptom
