"The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of cognitive-behavioral art therapy in group program on the stress-decreasing and adjusted behavior in school life of high school students. The subjects for this study were woman’s high school students, and they were randomly assigned to experiment and control group which were each composed of 8 numbers. This program consists of 12 sessions for two months (twice a week, 90-100 minutes per each session). The instruments used in this study were ATQ-N, Questionnaire of stress experience, adjust behavioral in school test, KSD (Kinetic School Drawing). The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the cognitive-behavioral art therapy in group program was effective for decreasing the negative automatic thought of high school students. Second, the cognitive-behavioral art therapy in group program was effective for decreasing the stress of high school students. Third, the cognitive-behavioral art therapy in group program was effective for adjusting behavior of high school students in school life. In conclusion, the cognitive-behavioral art therapy in group program was effective in decreasing the stress and promoting adjusted behavioral in school life of high school students.
