본 연구는 지역아동센터 이용아동 중에서 사회성이 부족한 아동을 대상으로 사회성 향상을 위한 집단미술치료 프로그램을 개발하고, 사회복지 실천 현장에 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 이론적 근거를 명확히 제시하여 사회성 향상 집단미술치료 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 둘째, 개발된 프로그램의 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 따라서 대전광역시에 소재한 지역아동센터 이용아동 중에서 사회성검사 점수가 30~60점에 속하는 68명을 선정하고 이들을 실험집단과 통제집단으로 각각 34명씩 나누어서 사회성 향상 집단미술치료를 실시하였다. 그리고 나서 아동용 사회성검사와 학교생활화를 통해 결과를 제시하여 효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과는 첫째, 집단미술치료의 이론적 접근방법, 단계 및 주제, 기법, 미술매체, 운영원칙에 대한 이론적 근거를 바탕으로 개발된 집단미술치료 프로그램은 지역아동센터 이용아동의 사회성을 향상시키는데 효과적이었다. 둘째, 각 집단별로 살펴보면 사교성, 자주성이 다른 사회성 영역보다 더 의미 있는 결과를 나타내었다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서 개발된 집단미술치료 프로그램은 사회성 향상에 매우 효과적인 프로그램으로 검증되었다.
"The purpose of this study was to develop and test a group-art-therapy program that aims to enhance the sociality of children in community child center. The test subjects were selected from children in community child center in the city D - among those who scored 30-60 points in Social test of children that were carried out in prior. then 64 students from two classroom participated in this study. One classroom was the study group, and the other classroom was the control group. Measurement of the social test of children and KSD was conducted at a pre and post. The result of the testing were as follows. Firstly, the systemic base of theory was suggested. It inclusived of a approach method of theory, a type of group, a medium of art, a step and theme of group-art-therapy, a techniques of group-art-therapy, and a principle of operation. especially the sociability and independence are improved effectly in each other group. In conclusion, the group-art-therapy program proposed in this study was a valid and effective program to enhance the sociality of children in community child center.
