This study aims to analysis the changes according to ‘the amendment of special school curriculum on 2008’ such as background, objectives, framework, allotment of time and so on. The result of study is as follows. First of all, the backgrounds of the revision are the necessity of simultaneous changes with general school curriculum, the demands about improvement of current special school curriculum, the social requirements for overall investigation and application, the need of new education curriculum suitable for the change of special education law and so on. Second, the objectives of new special school curriculum are the rational time adjustment of course and field, the suitability foundation of education curriculum, the strengthened accessibility to general education curriculum, the requirements for overall investigation and application accordingly social changes, the pursuit of conformity with the school spot, the autonomy enlargement of school curriculum formation and management. and so on. Third, as a framework of special education curriculum, it is organised by the kindergarten curriculum, the basic curriculum, the national common basic curriculum, and the high school elective curriculum. The kindergarten curriculum is consist of 5 areas of healthy life, social life, expressive life, language life, and inquiry life. the basic and national common curriculum is formed of subjects, discretionary activities, and extracurricular activities.
