수업은 교사가 할 수 있는 가장 중요한 행위임과 동시에 어려운 과제일 수 있다. 따라서 효과적인 교사는 효율적인 학급관리를 위한 다양한 방법을 모색하게 된다. 학급에서의 방해행동과 타인의 권리를 침해하는 행동들은 교사의 관심이 되고 있다. 최근 행동지도의 새로운 전환은 문제행동이 있는 학생을 지도할 때 그 효과를 극대화하기 위하여 학급이나 학교의 행동 지도가 동시에 이루어져야한다는 것이다. 교사는 학급에서 기대하는 바를 가르치고, 연습하고, 실패할 경우 다시 가르칠 때 학급은 효과적으로 구조화된다. 이를 위해서 본 연구에서는 효율적인 학급관리로서 예방차원의 보편적인 지원을 중심으로 교사가 실행할 수 있는 학급차원의 긍정적 행동지원(classroom-wide positive behavior support)의 방법을 알아보고자 하였다.
Teaching behavior is one of the most important and difficult works. Teachers consider the various ways for effective classroom management. It is noticed that the school and classroom wide behavior guidance are simultaneously implemented to maximize the effective management for teaching the students with problem behaviors. The purpose of this study was to understand the classroom wide positive behavior support, as effective classroom management, which was conducted by teachers and was based on preventively general support.
