The purpose of this study was to discuss some of the right directions for instructional analysis and evaluation of special education. One of the prerequisites for quality instruction is making a careful observation, analysis and evaluation of school lessons. Meanwhile, there have been extensive efforts in both regular and special education sectors to take a discreet look at the given conditions of school instruction such as instructional planning, but just a few efforts have been made to analyze classroom teaching process itself to get a grip on the nature of instruction to boost the quality of education. The focus of this study was placed on the quality of school instruction, and what sorts of elements would be mandatory for instructional observation, analysis and evaluation was explored to grasp the quality of school instruction. Teachers should make a class work study to improve their professionalism as a supporter who facilitates the learning and growth of learners, and they should direct their energy into boosting their class work study to take the quality of instruction to another level. Teachers and observers should fulfill their separate missions in a mutually beneficial way, and this study is expected to stimulate teachers to channel more efforts into their own instructional analysis and evaluation.
