The purpose of this study was to research the effects of in-line skating activities on basic physical strength and physical self-efficacy of Students with Intellectual Disabilities. In order to accomplish such purpose, the research questions were established as follows.
First, how much effects are made by in-line skating on basic physical strength of Students with Intellectual Disabilities?bSecond, how much effects are made by in-line skating on physical self-efficacy of Students with Intellectual Disabilities?
The results of this study are as follows. First, in-line skating activities are suitable for enhancing basic physical strength of Students with Intellectual Disabilities. Second, in-line skating activities are suitable for enhancing self-efficacy, because the Students with Intellectual Disabilities felt delights of physical activities and experienced success.
As above, in-line skating activities are proper to enhance not only the basic physical strength but also physical self-efficacy of Students with Intellectual Disabilities because of the delights and experience of success.
