Modern society shows the complicated property of changing constantly and swiftly in the flood of knowledge and information. To keep up with the rapidly changing times, modern education is needed to cultivate children of talent with self-initiated, active and comprehensive thinking abilities. Therefore the objectives and direction of children's education are taking shapes based on the importance of creative education program study. Within this context, this study aims at searching the effects of self-initiated artistic activity program toward the development of children's creativities. Established assumptions for this study are as follows. What does the self-initiated artistic activity program effect on the development of sensibility ,fluency, fluency, originality as one of the creativity components? This research analyzed whether the experimental group comprised of both male and female children of the same age experienced a meaningful change in the development of creativity through self-initiated artistic activities. The results of this study are as follows. The self-initiated artistic activity program was shown to have a positive effect on the development of the sensitivity, fluency, fluency, originality aspect of children's creativity. n sum, the outcome of this research shows that self-initiated artistic activity has a positive effect on the aspects of creativity: sensitivity, fluency, adaptability, and originality. This result provides evidence that the self-initiated artistic activity program developed by this researcher has a positive effect on the development of creativity after instruction and is a useful method for these purposes.
