\"The objection of this study is that to maximize school teacher’s efficiency of education for visually impaired who is main agent of educational action throughout a studying of relationship between teacher efficacy and commitment to teaching by reflecting result of education administration.
To summarize the result obtained in this study through this study course is as follows:
First, teacher’s efficacy in visually impaired school found out general level. The older subjects are and teacher who have general sight, the higher efficacy. In case of minor factor was concluded in sequence such self-control efficacy, task difficulty preference, and self-confidence and there is no major difference.
Second, in the visually impaired school, teacher’s teaching commitment was comparatively high. Women higher than men and the older subjects are and teacher who have general sight, the higher teaching commitment. In minor factor, professionalism was ranked the highest level, educational love, and passion for education. There is no major difference.
Third, teacher efficacy and teacher commitment was statistically valid and comparatively high correlation with a coefficient of correlation. According to the correlation of minor factors in teaching commitment and teaching efficacy, statical correlations are in arranged with self-efficacy, task difficulty preference and self-confidence. Also it was statistically valid. And, according to the correlation of minor factors in teaching efficacy and teaching commitment, statical correlations are in arranged with educational love, passion for education and professionalism. Also it was statistically valid.
