"This study aimed to evaluate the effect of activity an after-school on mental, physical health in school children. The subjects of this study were totally 40 (20 in the experimental group, 20 in the control group). The experimental group was provided with 3 times per week of participation in dance for 12 week periods each of which was taken 45 minutes. They were assessed for They were assessed for somatization, obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, fear, hostility, paranoid ideation, psychoticism, cardio-respiratory endurance, muscle endurance, flexibility, agility, body fat(%) throughout pre-post testing in both group. The collected data were analyzed by Repeated two-way ANOVA. The result indicated that. First, The exercise group were significant difference between the control group in mental health(somatization, depression, anxiety, fear). Second, The exercise group were significant difference between the control group in physical health(Cardio-respiratory endurance, muscle endurance, flexibility). In summary, This results suggest that activity an after-school may have benefit on mental, physical health in partly. So more widespread study about various activity an after-school must be followed.
