This dissertation analyzes the factors affecting on the client satisfaction to the quality of client welfare service and social support in a care facilities of the aged. More specifically, this study establishes and tests the hypotheses which are based on the theoretical explanations about the influence of the welfare service quality on the client satisfaction, the influence of the social
support on the client satisfaction.
The results of this study are summarized as follows:
The factors of the welfare service quality of reliability, responsiveness, quality of meal service, program management ability, tangibles, afflect the client satisfaction positively with statistical significance, while the factors of the care facilities affect with statistical in significance, also, it appears that the factors of the social support has a positive effect on the client
satisfaction.
Thus, scope of welfare service quality varies based on the frequency of service factor that affects the client satisfaction. This indicates that service providers of a care facilities of the aged need to understand the welfare service quality factor varies by kind of service to maximize the client satisfaction on each service provided.
