본 연구는 사회복지학을 전공하는 학생들이 사회복지현장실습 경험을 통해 사회복지현 장실습의 개선점을 제시하고자 이루어졌다. 이를 위해 현상학적 방법을 동원하였고, 사회 복지현장실습경험이 있는 9명의 학생들을 인터뷰하였다. 인터뷰는 2011년 12월 13일부터 14일까지 2회에 걸쳐 이루어졌으며, 1회당 2시간 정도 이루어졌다. 인터뷰 결과, 5개 영역 에 13개의 주제와 31개의 의미가 도출되었다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 실습이 더 유익하게 이 루어질 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다.
This study was conducted to find what kinds of thing social welfare majors experience in their on-site social welfare pratices and, by learning about those experiences, to suggest ideas for improving the social welfare practicum. We employed phenomenological methods for this, and we interviewed 9 students who are engaged in social welfare practicum. The interviews were conducted on 2 occasions on december 13th and december 14th 2011. On each occasions, we conducted interview for 2 hours. through the interview, we obtained 31 summaries and 13 topics in 5 areas. I have made suggestions on how to make the social welfare practicum a more benefical experiences based on there results
