본 연구에서는 군 병사들을 대상으로 병사들의 인터넷 중독 경향성과 군 생활 적응의 관계를 살펴보았 다. 먼저 인터넷 중독 경향성 진단척도에 의해 중독성향군 집단과 비중독군 집단으로 구분한 결과 연구대 상자의 10.7%가 중독성향군으로 분류되었다. 다음으로 인터넷 중독 경향성 진단에 따른 집단간 군 생활 적응 수준의 차이를 분석한 결과 비중독군 집단이 중독성향군 집단보다 높은 군 생활 적응 수준을 보였 다. 군 생활 적응에 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 인구사회학적 요인으로는 병과, 건강상태, 진로에 대한 생 각, 고민 대화 상대 수로 나타났고 인터넷 중독 경향성 하위 변인에서는 입대 전 중독 경험, 외로움, 통 제력이 군 생활 적응에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 군사회복지제 도의 도입을 제언하였다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of soldiers' internet addiction and their adjustment in military. Dividing into addiction group and non-addiction group, 10.7% among the subjects are classified as addition group. The result of anaiysis on level of adjustment in the military, non-addiction group are showed high level of adjustment in the military than addition group. The meaningful socio-demographic factors affected adjustment in the military are branch, health, thought of career, number of counselor on worry. And the meaningful subordinate variable factors on internet addiction affected adjustment in the military are internet addiction experience before joining the army, solitude, control. Based on this result, introduction of military social welfare system is suggested.
