본 연구는 기업교육의 내재적 가치를 해명하기 위하여 실재를 구현하는 교육실천 논리로서 ‘메타프락시스적 관점’을 차용하고, 그에 따라 기업교육의 본질을 살펴보고자 한다. 기업교육 그 자체의 논의를 보다 구체적으로 발전시키기 위하여 기업교육의 논리적 가정으로서 복잡계 이론을 상정, 복잡계를 전제로 한 기업교육의 개념을 ‘기업교육 복잡계’라고 명명한다. 메타프락시스적 관점에 비추어 본 기업교육 복잡계는 ‘실천(메타프락시스) 외양, 실재’ 세 요소의 관계를 통하여 형성된다. 이와 관련된 주요 연구내용으로 첫째, 기업교육 복잡계 형성에 전제된 지식의 성격은 실재를 반영하고 있는 외양으로서 ‘기업활동의 행위전통’으로 표현할 수 있다. 둘째, 기업 활동의 행위전통이라는 지식을 획득(구성원 개인)하는 것은 지식의 원천(기업 차원)에 관한 논의를 전제하므로, 메타프락시스적 관점에 비추어 본 기업교육 복잡계의 형성 과정은 기업과 구성원 개인 두 차원의 실천으로 규명할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 기업교육 복잡계의 형성 주체로서 기업과 구성원 개인이 공진화하기 위해서는, 기업활동의 행위전통에 대한 믿음을 형성하는 ‘지식시스템, 교육 프로세스, 학습 문화’등이 요구된다.
The aim of this research is to study out the formation of the complex system of corporate education in terms of meta-praxis. This paper posits that the nature of the complex system, which shows essentially the dynamic process from chaos to order, is considered the presupposition of corporate education, thereby it draws the concept of \'the complex system of corporate education\'. In the complex system of corporate education according to the perspective of meta-praxis, the tradition of corporate behavior could explain the nature of knowledge which consists of the Appearance and the Reality. In addition, the complex system of corporate education from the perspective of meta-praxis is formed by the acquisition of the tradition of corporate behavior, in which the process of the complex system is taken as the presupposition of corporate education. Finally, researchers provide three conditions for co-evolution between a corporate and a corporate member as the subjects of the formation of the complex system of corporate education, which should take in the knowledge system, the educational process and the learning culture for building up their beliefs in the tradition of corporate behavior.
