The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among physical fitness and ranger training. In order to accomplish the purpose of this research, A total of 205(study 1), 38(study 2) responses were selected for the effective data. The data were analyzed by correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis by using SPSS 15.0 program. The results of this research were as followings. First, Army fitness test influencing ranger training for the Republic of Korea Army were 3km distance run(cardiorespiratory endurance), push-up(upper muscular endurance), and sit-up(abdominal muscular endurance).
