The aim of this paper is to have understanding about the complex system of corporate education in view of the twofold structure of knowledge. This paper posits that the nature of the complex system, which shows essentially the dynamic interaction between chaos and order, is regarded as the presupposition of corporate education, thereby it draws the concept of \'the complex system of corporate education\'. In the complex system of corporate education, corporate education is not just a strategic means for performance improvement, but the
process of the internalization of knowledge(a tradition of behaviors) which is indispensable to the corporate activities related to the change peculiar to ‘Human’. To better understand the relation between the chaotic phenomena and the unemancipated order in the complex system of corporate education, the authors suggest the idea of ‘the twofold structure of knowledge’. As a result of literature reviews related the twofold structure of knowledge(Lee, 2000;Oakeshott, 1962; Polanyi, 1958) as well as the nature of complex system(Stacey,
Griffin & Shaw, 2000), this paper proposes the conceptual framework of the complex system of corporate education according to the twofold structure of knowledge.
