The purpose of the current research was to examine the degree of self-esteem, self-efficacy, and transformational leadership, and correlations of those three variables of ROTC cadet groups. The groups are composed of 3 classes of ROTC cadets, junior, senior, and commissioned 2nd Lieutenants of ○○ University. We asked 100 cadets and Lieutenants to complete questionnaires including self-esteem scale, self-efficacy scale, and MLQ(Multiple Leadership Questionnaire). There were no meaningful difference in the degree of self-esteem and transformational leadership with class grade, however self-efficacy grade was higher with higher grade class. Self-esteem and self-efficacy were positively correlated, and so did self-efficacy and transformational leadership. On the relative influences of self-esteem and self-efficacy to transformational leadership, we could find almost no difference at junior class. Self-efficacy degree of senior class and self-esteem degree of the 2nd Lieutenants class had more influence on the degree of transformational leadership, respectively.
