The research had purpose on searching relationship among enjoyment factor, stress, and exercise adherence intention of physical education in middle school. The objects for the research was students of middle school in Gyeonggi and samples of 202 questionnaires by convenience sampling was used as final research materials. The results by using descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, covariance structure
analysis, and bootstrapping with SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 19.0 were as follow;
First, the enjoyment factor of physical education in middle school had influence on the stress. Second, the enjoyment factor of physical education in middle school had influence on the exercise adherence intention. Third,stress of physical education in middle school had influence on the exercise adherence intention. Fourth, the enjoyment factor had directly influenced on the exercise adherence intention of physical education in middle school, but it had influence on the exercise adherence intention though get rid of stress.ct on coping strategy of university athletes. Limitations of this study and future implications were discussed.
