This study is to develop the conceptual learning organization model which
gives emphasis on each of these differentiated strategies based on the
established knowledge creating strategy, learning organization and which can
intimately connect with common features to compensate the defects at the same
time. In this research, we reconceptualize the learning organization and develop
the conceptual learning organization model by comparing, analyzing and
synthesizing common features and the differentiated strategies among Action
Learning, Learning Organization, Knowledge Management, the Community of
Practice(CoP). For this research, the constructed factors and related network for
developing a conceptual model of integrated learning organization were induced
and the model led by conceptual factors and the relations between factors based
on expert interview in view of the 7 factors of the 7S model was modified and
finally completed. This study has great significance on the effort applying the
latest knowledge creating strategies critically and independently, and also will
aid in tracing back the problems and limitations of knowledge creating strategies
introduced in Korean companies and will find the effective application plan of
knowledge creating strategies suitable for Korean companies.
