본 연구는 장애인의 성공적 노화에 대한 잠재프로파일 분석과 이에 따른 영향요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 국민노후보장패널조사(KRelS) 4차 개인조사 및 부가조사를 활용하였고, 장애등급을 받은 507명의 자료로 분석하였다. Mplus 7.4 프로그램을 이용하여 잠재프로파일 분류를 하였으며, 영향요인의 검증은 다항 로짓 계수를 확인하였다. 연구결과 성공적 노화에 따라 잠재프로파일은 4개로 분류하여 각각 ‘낮은 성공적 노화 집단’, ‘보통 성공적 노화 집단’, ‘높은 성공적 노화 집단’, ‘우수 성공적 노화 집단’으로 명명하였다. 또한 각각의 잠재프로파일 집단에 신체·건강 영역(주관적 건강상태), 심리적 영역(우울, 삶의 만족도), 경제적 영역(경제적 상태), 사회적 영역(여가활동), 인구통계학적 영역(성별, 장애등급, 연령, 학력, 배우자 유무, 자녀의 수)의 영향요인을 살펴본 결과, 우울, 삶의 만족도, 여가활동, 장애등급, 연령, 자녀의 수가 성공적 노화에 영향을 주는 요인이며 집단에 따라 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 본 결과를 토대로 장애인의 성공적 노화를 이룰 수 있는 실천적·정책적 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the latent profile of successful aging of the disabled and its influential factors. The 4th individual survey and supplementary survey of KReIS were used and analyzed using data of 507 people with disability grade. Latent profile classification was performed using Mplus 7.4 program. The validity factor was verified by the polynomial logit coefficient. According to the results of the study, the latent profiles were classified into four groups according to the factors of successful aging: ‘low successful aging group , ‘normal successful aging group , ‘highly successful aging group and ‘excellent successful aging group . We also examined the influence of five domains on each potential profile group: physical and health domains (subjective health status), psychological domains (depression, life satisfaction), economic domains (economic status), social domains (leisure activities), demographic domains (gender, degree of disability, age, educational background, marital status, number of children). The results showed that the degree of disability, depression, life satisfaction, leisure activity, age, and number of children are factors affecting successful aging, respectively. Based on the results, practical and policy implications for the successful aging of the disabled were discussed.
