This study was conducted to analyze the trends of the Personal Assistance service research. For this purpose, the abstracts of 83 paper s abstract with key-words such as personal assistance and personal support were secured and contents analysis and topic modeling were conducted. The main results are as follows.
First, studies on the subject of personal assistant services were covered not only in social welfare but also in various fields. Although quantitative research has been performed overwhelmingly, the proportion of qualitative research has been gradually increasing since 2011.
Second, as a result of analyzing the frequency of word occurrence, the study was mostly performed by users. However, in the latter period, researches on occupational characteristics of social workers and personal assistants were mainly performed.
Third, as a result of topic modeling using LDA, Service Experience (Topic 1) , Service Quality Affect Factor (Topic 2) , Service Provide Affect Factor (Top 3) , Factors influencing job consciousness (topic 4) 4) and Service System Analysis (Topic 5) . Among them, the probability of occurrence of topic 3 is highest and the probability of occurrence of topic 2 is lowest.
