This study considered the Japanese education for employment use for the benefit of the ever-increasing number of Korean job seekers consequent on the Japanese government’s decision to expand the demand for foreign workers by reason of serious shortages of talented individuals. In particular, this study surveyed what tendency Japanese people have to better their appeal to others in what stream, and by selecting what topics when they appeal themselves, and what type of competent individuals the interviewers want through the preceding researches and data, etc. As a result, it was found that Japanese people tend to appeal themselves by composing sentences in line with a certain pattern, and selecting interviewers-preferred topics.
