본 연구의 목적은 사회복지전공 대학생의 취업스트레스가 사회적 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향 및 심리사회적 자원으로써 긍정심리자본과 사회자본의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 대구․경북에 소재한 전문대학과 4년제 대학교의 사회복지전공 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 최종 427명의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회복지전공 대학생의 취업스트레스는 사회적 문제해결능력에 유의미한 부적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 취업스트레스가 높을수록 사회적 문제해결능력이 낮아졌다. 둘째, 긍정심리자본과 사회자본은 취업스트레스와 사회적 문제해결능력의 관계에서 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 스트레스 과정 모델은 사회복지전공 대학생의 취업스트레스를 설명하는 유용한 모델임이 검증되었다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 취업스트레스를 낮추고, 사회적 문제해결능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 논의하였다.
The purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of job seeking stress among social welfare students, on social problem-solving abilities and mediating effects of positive psychological capital and social capital as psychosocial resources. The sampling target was social welfare students of universities and colleges in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk area. A total of 427 questionnaires were analyzed. Results are as follows: Firstly, job seeking stress decreased social problem-solving abilities. Secondly, positive psychological capital and social capital as psychosocial resources played a mediation role in the associations between job seeking stress and social problem-solving abilities. Based on these findings, the implications for social welfare practice to improve positive psychological capital and social capital of social welfare students, and recommendations for the further studies were suggested.
