본 연구의 목적은 교육복지사들이 인식한 ‘교육복지네트워크’의 의미를 들여다봄으로서 교육복지네트워크의 발전가능성을 제시하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 교육복지우선지원사업에서 실천하고 있는 교육복지사가 인식한 교육복지네트워크의 의미는 무엇인가?라는 연구문제를 가지고 초점집단인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구 참여자는 의도적 표집방법을 적용하여 네트워크 실행 경험이 있는 8명의 교육복지사로 구성하여 자료를 탐색하였다. 연구결과, 교육복지네트워크의 의미는 교육복지우선지원사업의 변화과정 속에서 시간의 의미로 해석되었다. 이를 구체적으로 살펴보면, 교육복지네트워크의 걸어온 길<교육복지네트워크 알아가기>, 지금<교육복지네트워크와 마을 공동체 잇닿음>, 그리고 나아갈 길<마을, 학교 공동체 만들기>로 드러났다. 이에 본 연구의 의의는 학교에서 진행되는 교육복지네트워크는 마을공동체와 잇닿아 성장하고 있음이 도출되었으며, 교육복지사의 생생한 기술에 집중하여 교육복지네트워크의 의미를 탐색하였다는 데에 있다. 더불어 교육복지네트워크의 본질을 도출하여 나아갈 길을 제시하는 기초자료가 되었다. 이를 기반으로 교육복지네트워크만의 강점이 발휘되어 아동의 삶의 질 향상을 돕는 네트워크가 되기 위한 논의의 확대가 이루어지길 기대한다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the meaning of the network perceived by educational welfare workers in order to provide basic data, supporting the development potential of an educational welfare network. For this end, with the question of “what would be the meaning of the network, provided by the educational welfare priority support project, perceived by educational welfare workers, a focus group interview was conducted. In the study, eight educational welfare workers with experiences of the network were participated and with the intentional sampling method, data were reviewed. With such efforts, it was found that the meaning of the network perceived by educational welfare workers is time in the process of modification of the educational welfare priority support project.
