The purpose of this study is to the effect of married female social workers’work-family conflicts on organizational commitment, focusing on the moderating effect of job satisfaction. Many married female social welfare workers are experiencing difficulties due to the combination of work and family work, but lack institutional and organizational efforts. Accordingly, the Busan Metropolitan Council for Social Welfare conducted a survey of employees of social welfare facilities and analyzed 170 married women s. This study analyzed using Baron and Kenny’s moderating effect verification method. The results of this study were as follows. Married female social workers had experienced behavior-based conflicts were higher another variable(time-based conflict, stain-based conflict). And the degree of workplace satisfaction has been found to have a negative (-) effect on the effect of workplace-home conflicts (time conflict) on organizational immersion. In other words, the higher the job satisfaction of married female social welfare workers, the less important the job-home conflict (time conflict) is, but the lower the job satisfaction, the more important the job-house conflict (time conflict) will have to have an effect on organizational immersion.
