This study aimed to suggest ways for more systematic operation in the future through a analysis of planning process in self-Determination Right classroom for people with developmental disabilities at the welfare centers for the disabled in Chungbuk province. In order to do this suggestion, we collected the plan of operation of self-determination classroom for the disabled of 12 disabled welfare centers in Chungbuk province and then according to analysis standard of operating process of lifelong education program for the disabled to analyze program situation, we conducted content-analysis, including analysis of needs, And management, marketing and public relations strategy, and evaluation and results reporting areas.
In result, the program analysis of 7 situations including analysis of program situation, demand analysis, goal conversion, operation method, resource acquisition and management, marketing and PR strategy, and suggestions in the area were derived.
