This study aimed to search role and treatment of special coordinator to work in integrated job-centered school and find the improvement plan. For this, this study did a survey of seventeen special coordinators and one hundred fourteen special education teachers to work in integrated job-centered school used SPSS 18.0 statistical program for data analysis. The result of this study is as follows.
First, special coordinator charged task of job education of students with disabilities, support of vocational rehabilitation but their treatment about employment status, annual salary, welfare benefits appeared poorly.
Second, both of special coordinator and special education teacher recognized about establishment of exact role, demand of treatment improvement, deviation between each schools, absence of task related manual.
Third, the ways for treatment improvement and establishment of exact role appeared as employment stabilization by permanent position transition of special coordinator, supply of systematic task related manual, empowerment by regular training. To conclude, treatment improvement and establishment of exact role of special coordinator based of awareness improvement and professionality reinforcement of them, and this relates to operating of efficient job-centered school and advancement of vocational capacity.
