목적: 노인일자리에 대한 연구는 고령화 시대를 맞이한 사회의 관심사만큼이나 많은 연구가 진행되고 있으나 빅데이터를 사용한 분석연구는 진행되고 있지 않다. 본 연구의 목적은 노인일자리에 관한 뉴스기사를 빅데이터 기술을 사용하여 자료를 수집, 분석하고 이를 시각화하여 최근 10년간의 노인일자리 트렌드를 파악하고자 한다. 연구방법: 노인일자리에 따른 웹 사이트 네이버 검색 횟수 통계치를 확인하고 최근 10년간의 뉴스기사 분석을 위해 2010~2019년까지의 기간을 설정 후, 노인일자리를 주제로 웹 그롤링 도구인 Textom(http://textom.co.kr)을 통해 네이버의 뉴스 데이터베이스를 활용하였다. 수집 결과 926건을 기사 제목과 원문을 수집하였으며, 그중 중복된 기사는 제외하였다. 연구결과: 네이버 데이터랩 검색어 검색을 통한 빅데이터 키워드 노인일자리로 분석한 결과 노인 일자리 단어의 네이버 검색 횟수는 꾸준히 증가하는 추세에 있으며, 노인일자리 관련 뉴스의 제목과 기사에는 사회활동지원사업이 가장 많은 키워드를 차지하였다. 개체명에서는 보건복지부가 압도적으로 많았으며, 텍스트 시각화는 워드클라우드, 네트워크 그래프, 에고 네트워크를 통해 시각화 하였다. 결론: 연구 결과 사회활동지원사업을 통해 노인들의 일자리 사업이 활발히 진행되는 것을 확인 할 수 있었으며, 노인일자리 사업에 지속적인 관심과 지원이 필요하며, 노인 일자리의 세부 유형 및 종류와 관련된 트렌드 분석이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구가 향후 시행될 다양한 빅데이터 연구의 기초자료로써 활용될 것을 기대한다.
Objective: As for the research on the jobs for the elderly, as many studies have been conducted as the interests of society in the age of aging, analytical research using big data has not been conducted. The purpose of this study is to collect and analyze data using the big data technology for news articles about the elderly jobs, and visualize them to grasp the trend of the elderly jobs in the last 10 years. Methods: We used Naver s news database through texttom, a web-rolling tool, by setting the longest period from 2010 to 2019 to check the statistics of the number of Naver searches on the website according to the jobs of the elderly and to analyze the news articles of the past 10 years. As a result of collection, 926 titles and original texts were collected, and duplicate articles were excluded. Results: Analyzing data related to elderly jobs, indicated that searches on naver these keywords is steadily increasing. An analysis of news and article titles revealed that elderly job related news and social activity support projects were the most common keywords. Additionally, the contributor Ministry of Health and Welfare was in a large part of the data set. Text visualization was done by word clouds, network graphs and ego network. Conclusion: This study suggests that job services for the elderly are progressing, especially through social activity support projects . We therefore conclude that constant attention and support for elderly jobs related projects is required and that it is necessary to analyze trends related to the types of senior jobs. It is expected that this study will be used as a basis for various big data studies to be conducted in the future.
