This study considers the times of social welfare by current situation such as the rapid expansion of the social welfare targets to single households such as the youth and middle-aged people. The mobile intake can be connected to the social worker through a mobile device that transcends any space or time, and the social worker checks the client s problems and desires in the mobile environment. It is defined as a process of determining and connecting services required by clients, and mobile intake and existing cases such as intake process, cyber counseling for youth, welfare counseling center 129, etc. Mobile intake is needed in the following dimensions. First, strengthening locality in information delivery. Second, there is a need for a system for finding centered targets that responds to the government s strategy.
