The purpose of this study is to analyze the behaviors of teachers and principals in the process of actual school violence, to find the points where the principal s leadership needs to be demonstrated and to grasp the conflict management leadership in depth. As a result of this study, the homeroom teacher was asked to overwork and role in school violence processing and had negative emotional experience. The school principals recognized that violence in schools was not important in the management of public high schools, and they only temporarily responded to the emotional conflict between the parents and the school and the conflict between the parents and the teachers. This ad hoc response has distorted the understanding of the events, resulting in conflicts between parents and between parents and teachers. Based on the results of the study, I suggested a conflict management strategy to effectively cope with conflicts in school violence.
