In the current environment, museums are not only actively using the internet, but also meeting new users according to changes in media and devices. As the digital environment of museums has been expanded over time, the participation of individual users has expanded, and complex educational materials have been developed and empathy has been shared beyond knowledge transmission. The development of digital environment in museum and museum education should be prepared by analyzing and researching the internet by actively accepting the internet ethnography in the field of museum and museum education. It is important to help users to have digital literacy to read museums through digital world, and help all users to use museums so that digital divides do not happen.
