This study explores the experiences of elementary school teachers participating in volleyball clubs, and the significance revealed through those experiences. The researcher and 4 elementary school teachers belonging to local volleyball clubs located in the metropolitan area were selected as study participants. Data were collected from the researcher s club activity log, focus group interviews (FGI) with research participants, and individual interviews. The collected data were analyzed based on Spradley s (1979) domain analysis and classification analysis method. The experience of elementary school teachers in a volleyball club is as follows. First, they develop volleyball skills through regular training, practice games, and friendly matches. Second, while participating in the volleyball competition, a strong team spirit developed through sharing goals, forming teamwork, and experiencing a sense of group achievement. Third, due to club activities, I grew up by coordinating disagreements, resolving conflicts, and engaging in formal and informal social activities. The significance of the elementary school teachers volleyball club experiences is as follows. First, elementary school teachers improved their motor skills and physical strength through playing volleyball. Second, as elementary school teachers belonged to volleyball clubs, they experienced positive emotional development, stress relief, a sense of accomplishment, a sense of belonging, and a sense of responsibility. Third, elementary school teachers who participated in volleyball clubs promoted growth by strengthening class competencies and sharing information.
