As for the study results, comparative measurement and analysis were performed on the results of the Ego Ok Gram test, the mindfulness scale, and the self-regulation scale of the transactional analysis. In conclusion, this study can be the result of positive change in considering the change pattern of self-regulation result score by concurrently applying and implementing mindfulness and transactional analysis program to middle school students to improve self-regulation as a single target. Thus, it was possible to expand the counseling case study that applied and implemented the existing mindfulness research and transactional analysis program and confirmed the positive change pattern of self-regulation improvement and the mindful transactional analysis program showed changes in life attitude.
