The development of intelligent information technology accelerates the social change, and changes in the school field in line with this are also urgently required. In this study, a digital-based collaboration intelligence teaching and learning model that utilizes intelligent information technology and human and artificial intelligence cooperate to solve problems creatively was designed, and a study was conducted to verify the effectiveness of the model. A teaching-learning model called ‘Creative Collaboration Intelligence’ was developed through the revision and supplementation of two items that did not meet the standards by conducting expert validity tests on the previously designed model. In addition, in order to analyze the effectiveness of the developed model, 18 kinds of teaching and learning programs were developed based on the model and pilot classes were applied to 542 elementary and middle school students. As a result of the pre- and post-test, the satisfaction of the class was 4.09 and the level of interest in the class content was 4.11, as high as 4.11. The cooperative problem-solving attitude was 4.08 post-test than the pre-3.83, and the cooperative creative attitude was 3.82 post-test than the prior 3.48. It was found that the cooperative tool use attitude increased to 4.08 from 3.79 prior. It is expected that the teaching-learning model and program developed in this study will serve as a model for future-oriented innovative education and contribute to nurturing future talents.
