본 연구는 선도조건부 기소유예 청소년의 비행경험에 관한 연구이다. 연구목적은 청소년의 비행경험은 무엇인가를 탐구하는 것으로 Giorgi 기술적 현상학 연구방법으로 진행하였다. 연구참여자는 선도조건부 기소유예 처분을 받은 청소년 7명을 대상으로 하였으며 연구목적을 이루기 위해서 “기소유예 청소년의 비행 경험은 어떠한가?”를 연구문제로 설정하고 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과 비행의 본질적 요소로 22개의 하위구성요소와 7개의 구성요소를 도출하였으며 이를 토대로 연구참여자별 상황적구조기술과 이를 통합한 일반적구조기술을 하였으며 선도조건부 기소유예 청소년의 비행경험의 본질은 ‘비행소년의 낙인에서 건강하게 성장하는 청소년의 성장통’으로 도출되었다. 본 연구의 의의는 첫째, 청소년 비행의 동기를 밝혀냈으며 이를 토대로 비행예방의 근거를 마련하였다. 둘째, 비행 전, 비행 중, 비행 후 경험하는 심리적 영향이 이후 청소년의 행동에 미치는 영향을 발견하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 선도조건부 기소유예 청소년의 비행 경험에 대한 후속연구와 비행 감소 방안에 대해 제언하였다.
This paper is a study on the delinquency experience of adolescents suspended from prosecution with leading conditions. The purpose of the study was to explore the delinquency experience of adolescents, and it was conducted with the Giorgi technological phenomenology research method. The study participants targeted seven adolescents who were suspended from prosecution under the conditional conditions, and in order to achieve the purpose of the study, “How is the delinquency experience of delinquent adolescents?” was set as a research problem and the study was conducted. As a result of the study, 22 sub-components and 7 components were derived as essential elements of flight, and based on this, situational structural technology for each study participant and general structural technology integrated with it, and the essence of delinquent youth's flight experience was derived as "growth pain". The significance of this study is that first, the motive for juvenile delinquency was identified, and based on this, the basis for flight prevention was prepared. Second, the effect of the psychological effects experienced before, during, and after flight on the behavior of adolescents was found. Based on these research results, follow-up studies on the flight experience of delinquent adolescents with forward conditions and suggestions on ways to reduce flight were made.
