This paper is a study on the delinquency experience of adolescents suspended from prosecution with leading conditions. The purpose of the study was to explore the delinquency experience of adolescents, and it was conducted with the Giorgi technological phenomenology research method. The study participants targeted seven adolescents who were suspended from prosecution under the conditional conditions, and in order to achieve the purpose of the study, “How is the delinquency experience of delinquent adolescents?” was set as a research problem and the study was conducted. As a result of the study, 22 sub-components and 7 components were derived as essential elements of flight, and based on this, situational structural technology for each study participant and general structural technology integrated with it, and the essence of delinquent youth's flight experience was derived as "growth pain". The significance of this study is that first, the motive for juvenile delinquency was identified, and based on this, the basis for flight prevention was prepared. Second, the effect of the psychological effects experienced before, during, and after flight on the behavior of adolescents was found. Based on these research results, follow-up studies on the flight experience of delinquent adolescents with forward conditions and suggestions on ways to reduce flight were made.
