본 연구는 유아교육기관에 근무하고 있는 교사의 교수몰입, 긍정심리자본, 직업행복감 간의 관계를 분석하고, 교수몰입과 직업행복감 의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 검증한 것이다. 이를 위해 D,K 지역 유아교육기관에 재직하고 있는 교사 400명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 이 중에서 347명의 자료를 최종 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26과 PROCESS MACRO v3.4를 사용해 자료 분석을 하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 요약하여 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교수몰입, 긍정심리자본, 직업행복감 간에는 모두 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 긍정심리자본은 교수몰입과 직업행복감 간의 관계의 부분 매개효과가 검증되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 유아 교사의 직업행복감을 증진하기 위해 교수몰입과 함께 긍정심리자본을 향상 할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.
This study analyzed the relationship between teaching flow, positive psychological capital, and job happiness of teachers working in early childhood education institutions. It also verified the mediating effect of positive psychological capital on the relationship between teaching flow and job happiness. To this end, a survey was conducted on 400 teachers working in early childhood education institutions in D and K regions. Data from 347 of them were finally analyzed. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26 and PROCESS MACRO v3.4. The results of this study are summarized and presented as follows. First, it was found that all teachers had a significant effect on teaching flow, positive psychological capital, and job happiness. Second, positive psychological capital was verified as a partial mediating effect of the relationship between teaching flow and job happiness. The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to improve positive psychological capital along with teaching flow to enhance the job happiness of early childhood teachers.
