The purpose of this study is to verify the reliability and validity of the older adults bullying questionnaire developed by Boniface in the U.S. and to be applied to the bullying of the elderly in Korea. Then older adults bullying questionnaire was named the Korean Bullying questionnaire for older adults(K-BQOA). In the process of adaptation, questions that overlap in meaning or are not suitable for domestic culture were removed. Based on previous studies, three factors (verbal, physical, and social bullying) were derived. The survey was consisted of 12 questions for 3 factors. The survey was conducted on 1,152 elderly people aged 65 or older who use facilities or institutions dedicated to the elderly (welfare centers, nursing homes, nursing homes, senior citizens’ centers, and senior citizens’ universities) in Area B. Among them, 310 data were used for analysis, excluding data that responded with insincere or unconditional positive answers. In the factor analysis, three items with low factor load were eliminated. As a result, three factors were confirmed as nine questions on the K-BQOA. The Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient of K-BOAQ was .756, and the coefficients for each factor of verbal, physical, and social bullying were .937, .884, and .834, respectively. As a result of the recruitment validity analysis, the RMSEA, CFI, NFI, TFI (NNFI), and CMIN/DF indices were all .076, .977, .965, .965, and 2.799 at suitable levels, and the model suitability of K-BOAQ was verified.
