The purpose of this study is to identify the therapeutic factors of mandala group art therapy perceived by art therapists, and the therapeutic factors were categorized through literature research and consensual qualitative analysis(CQR) and finally 36 statements were selected as Q samples. In order to identify the therapeutic factors of mandala group art therapy, the Q methodology was used to analyze the characteristics of the types of therapeutic factors, the differences in characteristics between types, and the common characteristics between types. For this purpose, 11 For this purpose, 11 relevant literature was analyzed. Interview questionnaires were conducted for 20 general people and 6 experts who experienced Mandala group art therapy, and 30 people, including art therapists, art therapists, and art therapists with an average of 5~10 years of experience in art therapy, were selected as subjects for the P sample, and 36 Q sample statements were forcibly classified into the Q-Sorting Chart, and the data of 25 of them were finally analyzed. In the final stage, principal component analysis was performed using the Varimax rotation method of the QUANL-PC program, and it was divided into the following three types. The first type is ‘self-understanding and creativity through symbols and visual expressions’, the second type is ‘the uniqueness of the mandala’, and the third type is ‘positive relational experience and interaction’. Finally, all three types exhibited common characteristics for all three statements.
