본 연구는 장애아동 어머니를 대상으로 한 미술치료 중재 논문을 분석하여 연구의 동향을 살펴보고, 질적 지표에 근거하여 평가하고자 수행되었다. 체계적 문헌 고찰 보고 지침에 따라서 2013년부터 2022년 사이에 출간된 분석 대상 논문을 7편 선정하였다. 연구 동향을 살펴본 결과 지난 10년간 관련 연구가 소수로 이루어져 왔으며, 석·박사 학위 논문을 중심으로 진행된 것으로 나타났다. 연구방법은 집단간설계와 이론적 접근을 주로 하였으며, 종속 변인에는 정서 및 심리적 회복이 많았다. 또한 혼합 매체의 사용, 연구 참여자가 6명에서 10명 사이, 중재 회기는 10회기 이상, 중재 시간은 90분에서 120분 사이로 설정한 연구가 많았다. 한편, 집단실험연구의 질적 지표를 기준으로 논문을 분석한 결과 가장 낮은 지표는 중재 수행 능력 및 일반화 유지 여부, 효과 크기였다. 다음으로 낮은 세부 지표는 중재 충실도였으며, 중재자 정보, 적절한 분석 기법과 분석 단위에 관한 지표와 동질성 순서로 점수가 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study was to examine trends in art therapy for mothers of children with disabilities and to evaluate the quality of the articles according to evidence-based quality indicators. A search procedure was conducted using a database that included PRISMA and a total of seven studies between 2013 and 2022 were identified. The major findings of this study were as follows. Research has been conducted on a small number of studies, mainly master's and doctoral theses. It was found that the proportion of studies using a theoretical approach and attempting to design between groups was high. There were mainly 6 to 10 study participants, 10 or more intervention sessions, 90 to 120 minutes of intervention time, and many studies using mixed media. One result of analysis using qualitative indicators was that the lowest-scoring indicators were the ability to perform interventions, maintain generalizations, and the size of the effect. The next lowest-scoring indicator was intervention fidelity. Scores were high in regard to arbitrator information, indicators related to appropriate analysis techniques and analysis units, and homogeneity. The implications of art therapy intervention for mothers of children with disabilities were discussed based on these results and and the trends identified in the study.
