This inquiry aimed to explore how inquiry participants shared their death anxiety in textile media artworks. The were the therapist and a female, Sunny. From 2004 to April 2022, the art therapist reworked repeated images and artworks retated to death anxiety through writing narratives. Sunny participated art therapy from November 2020 to September 2021. For this study, in-depth art therapy was conducted from September 14, 2021, to March 8, 2022, for a total of 57 sessions once week for 60 minutes. The study was conducted with a narrative inquiry method suitable for understanding life experiences. Based on the experience story, the meaning of the experience was as follows: ‘Anxiety about death helps inner contact and reduces life,’ ‘Textile media experience is the way to meet mother,’ and ‘The experience of the object sharing anxiety makes it relevant to the world.’ Based on these results, firstly, when the therapist was immersed in the inquiry of death anxiety, there was a change in perspective on others. Second, textile media art therapy was a bag that embraces existence. Third, the art therapist dealing with painting and death discussed the significance and suggestions of research that helped the transformation of life through creating artwork.
