The purpose of this study is to investigate young children teachers experiences about the advice process for developmental tests to parents raising at-risk children. For this, 2-3 in-depth interviews were conducted with 8 private kindergarten teachers. As a result, the experience of advising the developmental test of young children s teachers appeared in five aspects according to the passage of time. Specifically, it appeared understanding the parents disposition and innermost feelings , establishing a trust relationship , collecting observational data , assisting in the decision-making process , checking progress . Although this process has a sequential meaning, it can‘t be strictly classified by the period and has the characteristic that it can be partially overlapped. This study is significant in that it provides practical data for support of teachers in the field and the role of teachers in the process of discovering at-risk children in the classroom and advising development tests to parents. Also, a follow-up study was proposed on practical interaction methods and strategies in the process of communication with parents for the developmental test advice.
