As the supreme authority for Olympic Movement, the International Olympic Committee(IOC) is an international nongovernmental not‐for‐profit organization, which is in the form of an association with the status of a legal person of unlimited duration, recognized by the Swiss Federal Council, as well as with status of subject of international law in certain respects. It is prescribed in the IOC CHARTER that “to cooperate with the competent public or private organisations and authorities in the endeavour to place sport at the service of humanity and thereby to promote peace,” “The practice of sport is a human right. Every individual must have the possibility of practising sport,” “to encourage and support a responsible concern for environmental issues, to promote sustainable development in sport and to require that the Olympic Games are held accordingly.” as a mater of fact, IOC is very influential in the world peace, human right(such as vulnerable groups, Paralympic, female position), Protection of Environment. IOC is faced with some problems that fairness, over commer cialized tendency and sustainability. This paper try to introduce some solutions.
