본 연구의 목적은 스포츠 데이터 유통 플랫폼 시스템을 개발하고, 구성집단의 수익분배 가중치를 산정하는데 있다. 이를 위해 자문위원 13명을 선정하여 델파이조사 방법과 계층화분석을 활용하였으며, 주요 결론은 첫째, 스포츠 데이터 유통 플랫폼 유형은 다자간 데이터의 자유로운 유통과 데이터의 가공⋅결합이 가능한 스포츠 데이터 오픈마켓 복합형으로 도출되었다. 둘째, 스포츠 데이터 유통 플랫폼 시스템 구성집단은 ‘스포츠 데이터 제공자’, ‘스포츠 데이터 가공자’, ‘스포츠 데이터 유통사’ 로 분류되었다. 셋째, 스포츠 데이터 유통 플랫폼 시스템 개발 시 포함된 주요 이슈 및 적용기술은 적절한 수익분배 및 원활한 유통, 분류, 저장, 가공, 정보보호 등을 위한 기술이 포함되었다. 넷째, 스포츠 데이터 유통 플랫폼 시스템에서 발생하는 수익은 가중치를 산정하여 스포츠 데이터 제공자, 스포츠 데이터 가공자, 스포츠 데이터 유통사 순으로 제공되어야 한다. 이는 스포츠 데이터 유통의 활성화와 데이터 확보의 용이성, 비용절감의 이익이 공유될 수 있는 스포츠 데이터 유통의 선순환구조에 도움이 될 것이며, 궁극적으로 스포츠산업 발전에 이바지 할 것이다.
The purpose of this study is to develop a sport data distribution platform system and to calculate the profit sharing weight of the composition group. For this, 13 advisors were selected and delphi examination and hierarchial analysis were utilized. The main conclusions are as follows. First, the sports data distribution platform type was found to be a sports data open-market compound type that allows processing and combination of data, as well as free distribution of multi-party data. Second, the composition group for the development of a sports data distribution platform system was categorized as ‘sport data provider,’ ‘sport data processor,’ and ‘sports data distributor.’ Third, the major issues and applied technologies included when developing sports data distribution platform systems encompassed technologies for appropriate profit sharing, smooth distribution, categorization, storage, processing, and information protection. Fourth, profits occurring from the sports data distribution platform system should be provided in the order of sports data provider, sports data processor, and sports data distributor by computing the weight. This will help activate sports data distribution, make it easier to procure data, and help with a virtuous cycle structure of sports data distribution in which the profits from saving on costs can be shared, and ultimately, it will contribute to the development of the sports industry.
