Accordingly, this article proposes a plan to stabilize the finances of the local sports associations, thereby stably operating the local sports associations and eventually strengthening their independence. Through the analysis of the National Sports Promotion Act, which stipulates local sports associations, and the Donation Recruitment and Use Act, which stipulates the recruitment of donations from certain organizations, local sports associations increased their own resources and financial independence based on this basis.
